Pre-Order Flu Shot for this Fall 2020

*members over 65 years of age please call the office to order Flu Shot

*Cut-Off Date is Friday, August, 21 to Pre-Order

We are anticipating receiving the shots in October 2020.  Shots will be administered at the Balanced Physician Care office.  We will NOT have shots available to buy over the counter, so pre-ordering is the only way you’ll be able to receive the shot at our office.
