We are pleased to announce an opening in our practice! We’re looking to bring on another physician with a start date as soon as possible.
Established Direct Primary Care practice in need of an additional physician (MD or DO) who is interested in growing a direct primary care practice for our expanding needs. This practice is a low-volume, high-quality membership-based medicine setting. We are in search of a well-trained, compassionate physician board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice in the US with a strong interest in becoming part of a membership-based practice model and in Integrated Medicine. The successful candidate for this position will be working with one other physician and a full staff as part of a close-knit team. Strong interpersonal skills are required as well as board certification. This is an outpatient only setting working various hours Monday-Friday at one office clinic site. The after-hour calls are shared equally.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a broad scope of practice, including office-based procedures and is open to expanding their skill set
- Is someone with a firm commitment to evidence-based medicine with the nuance to understand when best practice isn’t feasible for different patient populations.
- Someone who has an interest or is open to holistic medicine, yet maintains a knowledge of evidence-based medicine with the nuance to understand when best practice isn’t feasible for some populations
- Has a desire to work outside of the insurance and corporate complex in healthcare -- and shudders at the thought of clicking boxes for the sake of clicking boxes.
- Has a desire to care for people from all walks of life while providing a superior customer service experience in healthcare.
- Desires overall autonomy in practice and hours without the headache of running a clinic.
- Is willing to take full responsibility for a patient’s care -- even when that means stepping into the role of case management or taking the time to relay results directly to the patient.
- Displays empathy and respect for those for whom they care and with whom they work.
We require licensure in Florida, current malpractice, board certification, etc. along with clean background checks, stellar references, and a good culture fit with our current staff & philosophy of care. Plus you have to like us, too.

Pay: Compensation is to be primarily productivity based with an option for a Salary + Bonus. The Practice will provide structure for overhead as well as sales and marketing support to building a new practice.
